• Government ID verification (KYC)
• Voice biometric authentication
• Content authority stamping
• Voice fraud detection and prevention
• API access for developers

3User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Complete government ID verification
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4Voice Data and Biometric Information

By using our Service, you understand and agree that:

• Voice samples are collected for verification purposes
• Biometric templates are created from your voice data
• Your voice data is encrypted and securely stored
• You retain ownership of your voice data
• You can request deletion of your voice data at any time

5Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload false or misleading identity information
• Attempt to circumvent our verification systems
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Verified Voice and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

9Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

10Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERIFIED VOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Verified Voice from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
